Call for volunteers for fall welcome

As you may be aware, our incoming first-year students and new transfers will be arriving on campus 8 a.m.-3 p.m. Wednesday August 25, 2010. Unfortunately, the first call for volunteers to assist with this process did not produce the results we were hoping for, so this is my call for the volunteer cavalry to come in and save the day…you may dramatically bugle if you are so inclined.

We are well behind last year’s volunteer numbers and strongly encourage you to contact Caroll Lothrop at clothrop@keene.edu or call Residential Life and Housing Services at 358-2339 to let us know you are willing to help with this massive undertaking. The move-in process runs from 8 a.m.-3 p.m., but just an hour of your time could make a significant difference in the day. Thank you for your time and effort in participating in the important task of welcoming our students to campus.
