Trutor Named 2010 Little East Woman of the Year

Keene State College senior Kristine Trutor was named the 2010 Little East Woman of the Year.

She has been nominated by the conference for the prestigious NCAA Woman of the Year Award. The NCAA Woman of the Year Award honors graduating student-athletes who have distinguished themselves throughout their collegiate careers in the areas of academic achievement, athletic excellence, service and leadership.

Trutor had a standout swimming career this winter for the Owls. She was selected as the top swimmer in the Little East for the second-straight season. She made her second consecutive appearance at the 2010 NCAA Division III Championships, where she became the first Keene State swimmer to earn All-America honors in an individual event.
