Jerry Babonis, husband of Helen Babonis, textbook manager at the KSC Bookstore, received the Gary N. Lauten Award for outstanding service and commitment to the University of New Hampshire’s Forest Watch program. Babonis has been sampling two research plots with his sophomore biology students at Monadnock HighSchool annually for 10 years.
