Intro-level indoor cycling classes (and more!) at the Rec Center
Chris Miles will be teaching 30-minute indoor cycling introduction-level classes at the Recreation Center Aerobics Studio:
- Tuesday, May 18 at 7 a.m.
- Thursday, May 20 at 1:15 p.m.
- Monday, May 24 at 4:45 p.m.
- Wednesday, May 26th at 1:15 p.m.
- Thursday, May 27th at 7 a.m.
