This exam is designed to determine if students majoring or minoring in Management have the mathematical skills needed to be successful in quantitative intensive Management courses.

Most students will take the assessment during Summer Orientation. If students do not attend Orientation, they will take the exam at the Math Center.

Based on the results, students will be given one of the following three options:

1. Take MGT 202 Quantitative Decision Making
2. Do some math work and take quizzes to strengthen math skills
3. Take a one-credit math course designed specifically for Management majors and minors who do not successfully complete the assessment exam
