Decision Points

Decision Points for Undergraduate Initial Certification Programs determine academic eligibility for Admission to Educator Preparation, enrollment in clinical field placements and recommendation for endorsement for NH certification. Students who successfully pass through Decision Points 1-5 are recommended for endorsement for NH certification.

Decision Point One

Eligibility Check for Admission to Educator Preparation

Students intending to enter one of the Educator Preparation programs on the certification track at Keene State College must apply for Admission to Educator Preparation and meet the criteria as outlined in the Decision Point document. More about Decision Point One

Decision Point Two

Eligibility Check for Methods I or 1st Practicum

Students who have been Admitted to Educator Preparation and are intending to enroll in their first field experience on the certification track must meet the criteria for Methods I or 1st Practicum as outlined in the Decision Point document. More about Decision Point Two

Decision Point Three

Eligibility Check for Methods II, or 2nd Practicum

Students intending to enroll in their second field experience on the certification track must meet the criteria for Methods II or 2nd Practicum as outlined in the Decision Point document. More about Decision Point Three

Decision Point Four

Eligibility Check for Student Teaching

Students intending to enroll in student teaching on the certification track must meet the criteria for student teaching as outlined in the Decision Point document. More about Decision Point Four

Decision Point Five

Eligibility Check for Recommendation for Endorsement for NH Certification

Students on the certification track must meet the criteria for recommendation for endorsement for NH certification as outlined in the Decision Point document. More about Decision Point Five
