Professional Development for Educators

The faculty and staff at Keene State College work directly with new and experienced educators to provide professional development opportunities which address the educators’ goals and objectives. Professional development opportunities are offered in convenient locations, at reasonable times, and at affordable prices. Opportunities include degree programs, school embedded training and coaching, online learning options, as well as customized professional development designed in collaboration with local educators through the Southwestern NH Educational Support Center (SWnhESC @KSC).


Southwestern New Hampshire Educational Support Center

The Southwestern New Hampshire Educational Support Center (SWnhESC) at KSC is the educator professional development component in the Division of Continuing Education.

We provide high quality professional development to educators in the Monadnock region and statewide. Services are tailored to individual or school district needs and include on-site customized graduate courses, individual workshops, summer institutes, conferences, job-embedded coaches, needs assessments, technology plan assistance, eRate support, and grant development. In collaboration with the New Hampshire Department of Education, the SWnhESC and the Division of Continuing Education host the Annual Statewide Educator Conference at KSC.
