Registration for Summer courses is ongoing. You do not need a registration priority to register for a Summer course. Summer courses are currently in Self-Service and available for planning.
SPRING 2024: The deadline to drop a Spring 2024 course was April 5, 2024. Any course you are registered in for Spring 2024 at this point will now show on your transcript.

What We Do
The Registrar’s Office maintains and verifies academic records for all students. The office processes course registration, grading, academic standing, enrollment/degree verification, academic transcripts, graduation/diplomas, etc.
The office is responsible for:
- Academic information in MyKSC (students)
- Academic Policies
- Course Designations – Instructional Methods
- Course Registration – Instructions
- Final Exam Schedule
- Enrollment verification
- Maintaining and producing transcripts
- Academic degree audits
