Canvas Painting ($25 per person)

10:00am - 12:30pm(2 spots available) or 2:00pm - 4:30pm (4 spots available)

Students and their families will create an Owl themed painting. All supplies will be provided. Mountain View Room, Student Center

Apple Picking at Alyson’s Orchard

10:00am - 5:00pm

Hop on the bus or drive yourself to Alyson’s Orchard with the family. Pick your own fruit in the orchard and visit the farm-stand to enjoy their seasonal offerings: fresh-baked apple pies, unpasteurized apple cider, a large selection of fruit wines made from Alyson’s apples and peaches, and gifts that capture the essence of New England.
$1.00 off a bag of apples with a KSC ID.
The bus will be on a loop and we will provide pick up/drop off locations at check in.

Hootie’s Super Fan Hangout ($10 per person)

11:00am - 1:00pm

Hootie fans get ready to have some fun! Prior to the start of our home athletic events hang out with Hootie the Owl, get a family caricature drawn, win prizes, get your face painted, and more!! Who has the most KSC spirit? Come mingle and get ready for game time! Refreshments and heavy appetizers provided.

Hot Glass Art Center (All sessions full)

Located in Marlborough NH a short 15 minute ride from campus. Participate in a 1-hour class to create a drinking glass or pumpkin in KSC colors. Payment is collected at the Hot Glass Art Center.

Community Service Packaging Meals (Session is Full)

Come participate in the Parent/Family Day service project. Want to see what some of the new students over the past couple of years have participated in during our Owl Welcome Days, want to live the KSC motto "Enter to learn, go forth to serve". Students and their families will help package meals for Rise Against Hunger Campaign.

Ice Skating

Winter is coming, why not start a little early! Take a couple of loops around the skating rink with the family! $6 pay at the door (includes renting skates, if needed)

Murder Mystery Dinner ($20 parent/family/guest, $15 KSC Student, 12 & under are free) (40 spots available)

5:15pm - 8:00pm

Guests will participate in Crime and Pun-ishment, an interactive murder mystery and enjoy a delicious meal. Things take a turn for the gutter at Mafia Don Lou Zar’s juice joint when someone is put on ice! The crowd is chock full of potential suspects. Jealous, jilted lovers, a rival Mafioso, and a pair of undercover feds make an appearance at this speakeasy and not a single person is muttering a word! Help find out who’s on the level and who’s on the lam by trading clues with your guests, gathering information and solving the crime before the murderer hotfoots it out of there! 1920’s attire is suggested but not required!! Flapper dresses, zoot suits, feather boas, fedoras or dress up as a detective!

The Redfern Art Center is proud to present a theater performance by 17 outstanding men from Algeria and Burkina Faso who deliver a jaw-dropping performance in What the Day Owes to the Night, packed with backflips, head spins, and a transcending emotional intensity.
Purchase tickets in person, box office opens at 5:30pm
