Changes to KSC Wireless Network Options

To accommodate the new KSC_Device coming on line for game consoles and other types of Smart devices, the KSC_Student network option will no longer be available.

So, what does that mean? Nothing serious…Everyone will simply connect to KSC_Secure. Just select KSC_Secure in your wireless options, login using your KSC NetID and password, select “Trust” when presented with the certificate and you will be all set.

KSC_Secure is our secure, private network. This wireless network provides the security to do your online banking and transmit other sensitive information (SSN, etc.). Being on a secure network is always a good idea whenever you need to insert login information.

KSC_Device is a new network that is reserved strictly for game consoles and other types of Smart devices.
