Keene State revenue is deposited into the bank by the Student Accounts Office. Credit cards can be used online and in select locations on campus.
Deposit of Cash and/or Checks
Departments should never hold money in their offices. Funds must be deposited through Student Account Office on a Revenue Collected form with the appropriate FOAPAL within 24 hours per KSC policy. Click here for Revenue Collected Form
Credit Cards or e-Checks
Credit cards or e-checks can be used through third party vendors such as:
- eVents – Departments can use the eVents system to collect funds electronically for event registration, fieldtrips, etc. Not only is the fee for this service minimal, but the associated reporting of registrations can assist in planning. The eVent creation questionaire can get you started.
