Current department chairs gather to discuss topics and share strategies that are pertinent to the chair position. Faculty who are not yet chairs but interested in learning about that career stage are welcome to attend if they contact the Coordinator of Faculty Enrichment in advance. The topics for this roundtable are developing and implementing department goals and long-range vision.
