KSC Recreational Sports Annual Indoor Triathlon Challenge
Recreational Sports is sponsoring its annual Indoor Triathlon Challenge on Friday, March 31. The event is free to all KSC students and employees. Heats will be run between 1:00-4:00pm and individuals will be able to sign up for a specific heat when they register.
The challenge includes a 10 minute swim, 20 minute biking (spin cycles) and 15 run/walk on a treadmill. Prizes will be awarded to the female and male participant with the greatest distance accumulated in all three events. All participants will receive an Indoor Triathlon Challenge t-shirt!
