Organg Asli - Contemporary Art & Culture Series 9:00 pm MST | 8:00 AM EST

Mason Library
Tuesday,

The Orang Asli Archive at Mason Library invites you to join us for a series of talks about contemporary Orang Asli art and culture beginning this week. There are talks in February, March, and April. The Orang Asli Archive was founded by Professor Emerita Rosemary Gianno and contains photographs, field notes, cultural items, and other written materials connected to the indigenous Orang Asli peoples of Malaysia and donated by a number of researchers and scholars. These events are open to the public. Note that the times are Malaysian Standard Time (we are 13 hours behind so 8am here on the same date).

To register: https://bit.ly/3rBbb3i or robien@keene.edu. The program will be live-cast on Facebook: https://m.facebook.com/orangasliarchive/. The series is presented by the Orang Asli Archive, Keene State College, and the Centre for Indigenous Studies, University of Malaya.

This event is part of the Mason Library calendar.
