Keene State Presents: Open College - War Without End? The Great War – 100 Years Later

Rhodes Hall - S203
Wednesday, · -

November 2018 marks the 100th anniversary of the armistice that brought World War I to a conclusion. But did it really ever end? Was “The War to End All Wars” just the beginning of the great conflict of the modern age? In this presentation, Professor Nick Germana will discuss the short and long-term consequences of the Great War and examine some of the ways its legacy continues to shape the 21st century.
