Overview

Keene State’s earth/space science program is designed to prepare students to teach earth/space science in grades 7-12. Students take courses in geology, meteorology, astronomy, chemistry, physics, biology, mathematics, and environmental studies.

Program Options

Earth/space science majors may choose to complete the program with or without teaching certification. Students who seek secondary teaching certification will take courses in education in addition to their courses required for the major and their integrative studies classes.
