Dr. Sue Castriotta

Dr. Suzanne (Sue) M. Castriotta is a tenured Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science. Prior to returning to the faculty in 2016, she was the founding Executive Director of the Center for Engagement, Learning and Teaching (CELT) serving in this role since 2009.

Dr. Castriotta has been with Keene State College since 1997 initially as an adjunct faculty member. After becoming a full-time faculty member in the Computer Science department in 1999, she moved on to become department chair and the first Assistant Dean for the School of Sciences and Social Sciences before assuming her position in CELT.

Prior to her work in higher education, Dr. Castriotta taught public school for the Jaffrey-Rindge Cooperative School District (NH) and worked in private industry for both PC Connection and Arthur Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Dr. Castriotta has an Ed.D. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst as well as an M.Ed. In addition she has an M.Ed. from Lesley College (now Lesley University). She completed her undergraduate degree at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (MA) in Management with Computer Applications.
