Art in Community
How do artists impact a community? How does art function inpublic space? In this course, we will look at examples of artistswho create art in and for public spaces. Students will design andpropose public art projects. Students will meet with regionalartists and art organizations. Will include studio components ofdrawing and painting. Digital imaging skills are welcome but notnecessary.
