Data Analytics & Vis

The course introduces data analysis using spreadsheet basedanalysis to transform data into information to draw insights. Through the course students will conceptualizing a problem toinvestigate, collect and explore the data, then communicate theinformation with visualized data. Ethical challenges in databased decision making will also be explored. Prerequisites: 24 credits in ISP, including ITW 101 and (MGT 140,MATH 141, PSYCH 251 or MATH 175), or permission of instructor.
