Behavioral Based Safety

This course challenges students to learn theory and apply behavioral safety. Research shows people-centered efforts are most effective at reducing injury vs. traditional methods. This course explores factors influencing everyday worker behavior and identifies how behavior can be changed systematically, in a positive, supportive way, keeping workers safe.
