Criminal Law & Procedure

This course is a study of the fundamentals of criminal law and criminal procedure. The principles that regulate the balance between the power of our government and the rights of individual citizens will be discussed. Prerequisite: Minimum grade of "B" in CJS 240, or permission of instructor. Fall, Spring.
