Fundamentals, including key signatures, scales, intervals, triads, and seventh chords. Roman numerals, basic part-writing using root-position chords, cadences, nonharmonic tones, basic figured bass analysis, and basic keyboard harmony. Prerequisite: Music major or minor. Fall.
