Intro to Counseling Skills
This course offers an introduction to counseling theories and techniques and health education programming. Topics include individual and group counseling skills, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Person Centered Therapy. Students will develop, facilitate, and assess wellness education program. Pre/Corequisites: PH 380. Fall, Spring.
