Comments: This course examines contemporary tourism in Ireland from asociological perspective. Specific focus is given to the keytheoretical understandings of contemporary tourism and the waysin which they are explained. Tourism in Ireland is used as a casestudy to illustrate these complex ideas. Mandatory travelcomponent in Jan. 23 costing circa $3500. Current Irish and USCOVID related travel requirements and guidelines will apply.Prerequisites: 24 credits in ISP, including ITW 101 and IQL.
