This course uses human and other animal models to explore theconcepts, techniques, commercial application, and ethicalquestions associated with assisted reproductive technology (ART).Topics include normal anatomy and physiology of the male andfemale reproductive systems, infertility, superovulation, invitro fertilization (IVF) and embryo culture, cryotechnology,intracytoplasmic sperm injection, and medical and societaldilemmas associated with A.R.T.
