Law & Ethics in Sport and Rec
This course provides an overview of legal principles and ethical issues in sport and recreation. The course is designed to help future managers develop a legal and ethical decision-making process for a career in sport and recreation. Topics discussed include morality, professional code of ethics, tort law, contract law, etc. Pre-requisite: Sport and Recreation Management Major, Physical Education Major, or permission of instructor.
