Practicum: Nutrition

Supervised field experience in community, clinical, or food-service management environments providing nutrition, health, and/or wellness practice opportunities for the advanced student. Hands-on experience aimed at developing critical professional skills in the application of theory to practice. Prerequisites: Permission of instructor. Fall.
