Pathology, Pharm & Excercise
An in-depth discussion of primary mechanisms, physiological mechanisms, the inflammatory process & pathophysiology associated with sport injuries & medical conditions. Students gain an understanding of the relevant pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics & recommended physical activity used in the treatment of conditions associated with health promotion and disease prevention relevant to an active population. Prerequisites: BIO 332, HP 201 or permission of instructor.
