Family Communication

The purpose of this course is to explore family communicationtheory and application. In this course, we will be looking atdifferent family communication perspectives, theories andresearch conducted in the field of communication studies. Familycommunication is an exciting topic because we can see researchcome to life in our own experiences. Alongside textbook chapters,we will be reading contemporary family communication research andhosting discussion style classes that allow for students to steerthe conversation.
