All Page Editors should use Macromedia HomeSite to edit their web pages unless instructed to buy ColdFusion Studio. We suggest that you use version 5.0, however if your department cannot afford to upgrade at this time, you can simply update to version 4.5.2 free of charge. HomeSite is a simply-to-use, yet powerful, HTML editor.

HomeSite (or ColdFusion Studio) can be purchased from many companies. We suggest you use PC Connection, Macromedia, or Journey Ed. To purchase HomeSite 5.0 you must buy the Dreamweaver/HomeSite bundle. Be sure to ask your retailer for the educational version as it is much less expensive than the commercial version. At around $70 is it a real steal. ColdFusion Studio 5.0 is available separately and cost about $149.
