- Significantly increased use of local foods (produce, meats, dairy)
How do we get there?
- Sustainability assessments of contract services through research and RFP process
- Work with Human Resources to determine fair wages and benefits
- Continued collaboration with all contracted vendors to encourage and increase sustainable practices
