Starting Monday, August 27, go to the Elliot Center in Elliot Hall if:

• You have not selected an educational goal and need academic advising. (If you have selected an educational goal and need academic advising, meet with the faculty member whose name you were given at Orientation II.)
• You have a question or concern about academic probation.
• You need a catalog or program planning sheet(s).
• You need an add/drop, declaration of major, or course substitution form.
• You need to process an add/drop form.
• You need an address-change form.
• You need enrollment verification for insurance purposes.

Go to Student Financial Services in Elliot Hall if:

• You have not yet paid tuition and fees.
• You need work-study authorization to start your on-campus job.

Go to the Dining Commons if:

• You need a new or replacement ID.
• You are a commuter student and want to choose a meal plan.

Go to the Parking Office in Grafton House if:

• You have a question about student or visitor parking.

Go to the IT HelpDesk in Elliot Hall if:

• You need help connecting to the network/phone/cable TV service.
• You need help with the Cisco Clean Access Agent (CCA).
• You need a copy of the required McAfee anti-virus.
• You need help with your MyKSC/e-mail account.
