Welcome to spring semester. The new year is a new chance to try new things, and find new ways to excel, connect, and grow. Here's your guide to finding those opportunities on campus. Eat Hearty at the Zorn Get Involved This spring, if your fancy turns to thoughts of what there is to do around here, we can get you started. Whether you're looking for a chance to make a difference in the life of a child, eager to take up historical fencing, hoping to connect with other budding geologists, trying to get more politically involved, or thinking about pledging, there are dozens of clubs and organizations at KSC. Every week you can pick from social, cultural, and sports events on campus. If you prefer performing arts, student tickets are only $5 for events at the Redfern Arts Center, including the Capitol Steps on March 25. When it's an icy mess outside, it's warm and bright in the Recreation Center, and full- and part-time matriculated students use our sports facility for free. Still feeling a little lost? Not sure which campus building is which? Refer to the campus map and key. Log On MyKSC is the official KSC student web portal. It's the place where students access their MyKSC e-mail accounts, register for courses, pay tuition, access class transcripts and grades, develop personal web pages, and review class schedules. MyKSC tabs provide information at your fingertips, along with bookmarks to other important campus links. MyKSC e-mail accounts are the official contact for emergency messages and administrative business, so students should check their account often. MyKSC can be accessed from any computer with an Internet connection, whether on or off of the Keene State College campus. Go to "HelpDesk for Students" at www.keene.edu/helpdesk and click on E-Services. The HelpDesk -- Tech Support Student and staff technicians run the IT Group HelpDesk and are here to help with your technology needs. Come to us for assistance with Internet services such as MyKSC and Blackboard; on-campus services such as Cisco Clean Access Agent, phones, voicemail, cable TV, and wired and wireless network access; and for your free McAfee antivirus software.
