Dr. Emily Porschitz
Emily T. Porschitz is an Assistant Professor at Keene State College. She received her PhD from the Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst where she received the Stanley Young Memorial Award for her dissertation research. She has also received a B.A. from Vassar College and MBA from Plymouth State University.
Her research interests currently include early careers, young professionals, public/private institutional partnerships, international careers and organizations, power, and qualitative research methods. Her work has been published in the international journal Career Development International and she has presented at national and international conferences including the Eastern Academy of Management, the National Academy of Management, European Group for Organization Studies, and Critical Management Studies.
Dr. Porschitz has taught in the areas of Management and Organizational Theory and Behavior and received an Outstanding Teaching Award from Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
