General Information
- Tuition Management Systems (TMS) is the company the
College partners with to offer payment plans.
- TMS may be contacted at 1-800-722-4867 or by
e-mail.

FAQs
- How does the payment plan work?
Using a payment plan allows students and families to break their bill down into
monthly payments. There is a $60 enrollment fee. Once the plan is active,
payments are made directly to TMS.
- Can I set up a payment plan directly with the College
instead of going through TMS?
No, monthly payment plans must be set up through TMS.
- Do I have to apply and qualify for TMS?
No, everyone is approved.
- Does interest accrue?
No, the payment plan allows you make interest free monthly payments.
- How do I enroll in a TMS plan?
You may enroll online or by phone at
1-800-722-4867.
- Do KSC and TMS share information regarding current
charges on my account?
The College does not share information regarding your student account with TMS.
If any changes are made to your student account it is the student's or family's
responsibility to contact TMS and adjust the plan.
- Why does TMS say that the account is paid in full but
the College still shows a balance on my student account?
Additional charges may have been applied to your account that were not part of
the amount you budgeted with TMS when the plan was set up.
- Why was my account cancelled?
Payment plans may be canceled due to missed payments. The College reserves
the right to cancel delinquent plans.
Important Reminders
- Fall semester payments are due on the
first of each month, June 1 through October 1. If your plan has not been paid
in full by October 1, it will be canceled. The remaining balance will be
transferred back to the student's account. Payment is then due immediately to
the College.
- Spring semester payments are due on the
first of each month, November 1 through March 1. If your plan has not been paid
in full by March 1, it will be canceled. The remaining balance will be
transferred back to the student's account. Payment is then due immediately to
the College.
