- Responsibilities: Glenn provides technical support for departmental administrative functions related to housing and dining contracts. As a member of the housing team, he also participates in the planning and coordination of housing selection and the room assignment process.
- Fun Fact: In his free time, Glenn likes to research and hike to old mines in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont to collect minerals.

Nancy Balla
- Title: Facilities Maintenance Coordinator
- Joined KSC Residential Team: 1990
- Responsibilities: Nancy is responsible for all furniture in the Residence Halls. This includes determining needs, ordering, installing and maintenance of replacement furniture, assessing surplus, and coordinating delivery. Nancy also oversees the moving and repairing of all furniture including TVs, microwaves, etc.
- Fun Fact: Nancy is a livestock farmer in her personal life and the owner of Surry's Wild & Woolly Farm.

Pam Bond
- Title: Administrative Assistant: Housing
- Joined KSC Residential Team: 1990
- Responsibilities: Pam is responsible for the coordination of housing and housing assignments. Pam also manages the central office front desk services.
- Fun Fact: Pam was trained by Richard Simmons and was a certified aerobic instructor for 12 years.

Caroll L. Lothrop
- Title: Administrative Assistant, Residential Life and Mediation and Dispute Resolution
- Joined KSC Residential Team: 2006
- Responsibilities: Caroll is responsible for a variety of administrative duties including responding to student and family questions and concerns and assisting with the administrative needs of the Director and Assistant Director. Additionally, Caroll is the administrative support for the Office of Mediation and Dispute Resolution.
- Fun Fact: Caroll and her husband built and financed their home themselves on a large tract of forestland in Surry, NH.
