Please note that ALL listings on this page have passed the City of Keene's voluntary inspection program. This is a 21-point inspection designed to assure lessees that the landlord has met Code Enforcement's safety standards for the rental unit.

OFF-CAMPUS UPDATE:

On-campus housing is available for the spring 2013 semester. If you would like to live on campus, please contact Residential Life at reslifeadmin@keene.edu.

A gentle reminder for students:

Be sure you do not sign two formal agreements for housing next year - such as with a landlord and the College - and assume that you will be able to get out of one. Both are legally binding contracts, so unless you can afford to pay for both please be sure that you will only be held responsible for one.

If you will be a junior or senior next year then please plan to attend the Off Campus Housing Fair on Wednesday, February 13th, from 5-7:30pm in the Student Center!


KSC offers this page to assist students who are searching for off-campus housing – be it in apartments, houses, or rooms. Please note that the College does not recommend or assure the accuracy of any listing provided here, nor can we attest to the quality of the landlords.


Students: If you have questions about your rights and responsibilities as a tenant, please check out our HOUSING STANDARDS: FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS page. In addition, remember that with very few exceptions, first and second year students are required to live on campus. Before entering into any agreements with a landlord for the next school year be sure to verify with the Residential Life Office that you are eligible to live off campus.
