The College reserves the right to remove or not accept listings at our discretion.
Listings will be removed after two months.
If you have changes you need to make to a current listing please notify us via e-mail rather than completing a new form.
When you have rented your unit(s), please e-mail us and we will be happy to remove your listing.
If you would like to continue your listing beyond the two month period it is in your best interest to submit a new ad rather than update the old one, as the old one will not move up on the list.
Landlords: Please be aware of the potential for internet scams coming from overseas and out-of-area renters who contact you via e-mail!
** Important Information for Landlords **
1) Please be sure that your listings are in full compliance with Keene City Housing Ordinances. If you have any doubts as to the occupancy levels or other requirements you have as a landlord please contact the City of Keene Code Enforcement Office at 603-352-5440.
2) With very few exceptions, first and second year students are required to live on campus. Before entering into any agreements with students in these classes for the next school year be sure to ask them if they are eligible to live off campus.
