New Student Residence Hall and Dining Application

Welcome to Keene State College's Residential program! As a new student seeking on-campus housing you are required to complete and submit the housing application provided below. Over the course of the summer our housing staff will assign roommates based on individual requests, building preferences, date of deposit and other preferences indicated on your application. Sometime early to mid-July you will be notified of your housing assignment and given contact information for your roommate(s).

This application should be completed ONLY by students who are:

New to KSC and applying to live on campus for the first time
Returning from a leave of absence
Returning from Study Abroad or Exchange

Here are some questions to answer before you start:

You'll be able to indicate your top four choices.

Contact them to coordinate your preference.
You'll each need to specify the other's name in the form.

When? When will you know your housing assignment and roommate(s)?
In early to mid-July you will receive your housing assignment and roommate(s) information.

Which? Which meal plan option do you want?
Dining information

Legal age? Not 18 or over?
You'll need a parent or guardian to agree to this contract.

Dining Contract Information

All resident students must enroll in at least a 12-meal plan (unless they reside in Bushnell, Tisdale or Pondside II apartments). The dining contract is for the entire academic year and may not be decreased or cancelled while the student resides on campus.

Contract

Contract Terms:
By submitting this section, I consent to the terms of the Residence Hall Contract. I understand that this contract is for both semesters, excluding all announced vacation periods. I agree to the announced rates and have read and accept the terms and conditions of the contract. This contract is binding for the entire academic year except for off-campus students who have the opportunity to cancel their meal plan contract within the first 30 days of the semester, by completing the Meal Plan Enrollment/Change Request, an online form. On-campus residents will not be released from this contract unless they no longer attend Keene State College.

Important:
Your application for Keene State College housing will not be considered complete until your $200 Enrollment Services Fee and your $100 housing deposit have been received by the Admissions Office.
