1. COMPLETE RETURNING STUDENT HOUSING INTEREST FORM: 12/19/10 - 2/1/11

2. FOUR PERSON UPPERCLASS APARTMENT LOTTERY: 2/15/11 - 2/21/11
Junior and senior students who wish to live in Pondside 2 or Tisdale quad apartments must participate in the apartment group lottery. The Apartment Group Lottery Form will be available starting on February 15th here and is due by February 21st at noon. Groups of four students will be entered into the lottery for Pondside II and Tisdale quads only. Groups will be issued lottery numbers on February 23rd for apartment selection that will occur at appointments during the week of February 28th - March 4th. Students who will have accumulated 52 or more credits as of the end of the Spring 2011 semester will be eligible for this event.

3. LOTTERY NUMBERS WILL BE EMAILED ON 2/23/11
Check your mailcruiser email on February 23rd for your lottery number and selection date and time.

4. HOUSING SELECTION EVENT: 3/6/11
All students who are not in the four person apartment group lottery will select housing on Sunday, March 6.

Students who will have accumulated 52 or more credits as of the end of the Spring 2011 semester will be eligible to select upperclass apartments in Tisdale doubles, Bushnell doubles and triples, rooms in Owl's Nest 1 and Holloway singles.

Students who will have accumulated 51 or fewer credits as of the end of the Spring 2011 semester will select sophomore spaces in Huntress, Pondside I, 361 Main Street, Butler Court and Pondside III suites, and Owl's Nests 2-9. Select singles in Carle will be also available.

5. HOUSING DEPOSIT EVENT: 3/28/11 - 4/8/11
Housing deposits will be accepted during the online deposit event from March 28 through April 8, 2011. Absolutely NO housing deposits will be accepted via Quick Pay, phone, in person or by US mail - this is strictly an online process. If you receive a lottery number and choose housing at one of the selection events, you MUST pay the housing deposit to secure the room you selected. If you do not pay the deposit, the room you selected will be made available to other students.

NOTE: If you do not choose housing at your selection event, you must pay the housing deposit to be placed on the waitlist.
