Keene State College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to act as our agent for verification of student enrollment and degrees awarded.

Verification letters of enrollment may be obtained at the earliest one week prior to the start of the fall and spring semesters from NSC. Students should submit a copy of their online course schedule to a requestor prior to that date. Note that the NCS database is updated monthly each semester. Contact the KSC Registrar's Office with questions.

Please note that privacy holds preclude NSC from fulfilling any verification requests. The student must contact Keene State College to request the verification or request in writing to the Registrar's Office that the privacy hold be removed.

Current students may access the service by logging into his or her MyKSC account at http://prod.campuscruiser.com/q?pg=home_welcome&cp=160 and choosing the Degree/Enrollment Verification link located in Student Services.

Commercial verifiers of degrees and enrollment must contact the Clearinghouse for verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse may be contacted at: www.degreeverify.org
