Campus Visitors

Requirements for:

• All contractors, supply & service companies:
  
  • Certificate of Insurance Required
  • or
  • Hold Harmless Agreement
• All Artists/Performers/Lecturers:
  KSC Artist Agreement
• All Independent Contractors:
  USNH ICA Form

Please Note:

• Per IRS definition, any person getting paid to visit any campus within USNH for 3 days or more in a single fiscal year must complete the ICA process.
• Each activity on campus requires a risk assessment. Those that are considered risky or put the college in a greater liability position will require a certificate of insurance or completed hold harmless form from the campus visitor. Please contact us with any/all questions BEFORE the event.
• The above represents some major changes to current policy.
  • The hold harmless form for most artists, performers and lecturers will not be required IF the Artist Agreement is completed BEFORE the event.
  • The ICA Agreement for most artists, performers and lecturers will not require a hold harmless form.
  • All campus activities that involve greater risk to the institution WILL require a certificate of insurance or completed hold harmless form. Please contact us with any/all questions BEFORE the event.
