Biography Diane Fukuda brings over twenty five years of leadership experience to her role as a change agent. Her mission is to help organizations to do their best work, and people to become all they can be. This is her passion. Diane focuses her work in the area of leadership, working with organizations in transition and providing programming that is customized to meet each organization's need. Executive coaching, facilitated dialogue and training are all important components. Programs emphasize communication, personal leadership development, high performance team building and structured problem solving. She delivers programming that energizes individuals and helps teams to work collaboratively and effectively. In addition to her custom facilitation work, Diane has held leadership positions in Operations Management, Quality Management, Product Development and Continuous Improvement. She has served Medical, Automotive and Aerospace markets. Her years of experience on the inside give her a unique understanding of organizations - and what it takes to help people to do their best work. Diane is invested in her community. She chaired the 2003 Monadnock United Way campaign, is a Monadnock United Way board member and the chair of long range planning. She is a Home Health Care, Hospice and Community Services board member, and serves on the hospice advisory and fund raising committees. She has co-created an award-winning career-mentoring program for high school students and has taken Personal Leadership Development programming to high school students in her community. She has served as a trustee of the Teleflex Foundation. Diane is a graduate of Franklin Pierce College. She lives in Jaffrey, New Hampshire with her husband and two children. |
