All members of the Keene State community affected by the ice storm and power outages are invited to partake of hot showers in the Keene State gym this week from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Keene State College employees in need of warm overnight shelter can call Campus Safety, 358-2228, to make arrangements.

Limited laundry facilities are also available in the gym on a first-come, first-served basis. Please spread the word to campus colleagues who might be cut off from phone and e-mail. More information will be posted as soon as it is available.

The College has offered to be a secondary resource for regional emergency response teams coordinating efforts to help those without power in surrounding communities. Members of the community are asked to first contact their town officials.
