KEENE, N.H. 1/25/06 - After having reviewed over 120 applications, Keene State College's Provost Search Committee has completed initial interviews and invited three candidates to campus. The candidates are (click the candidates' names to see brief biographies and their campus interview schedules):

• Edward Thompson III, former vice president for academic affairs and dean of the faculty of Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, Ga. (visiting Mon.-Tues., Jan. 30-31)

• Emile C. Netzhammer III, dean of arts and humanities at Buffalo State College in Buffalo, N.Y. (visiting Wed.-Thur., Feb. 1-2)

• Sara B. Varhus, dean of arts and sciences at the State University of New York, College at Oswego (visiting Mon.-Tues., Feb. 6-7).
