Internships
The Communication department at Keene State College offers a wide variety of internships that allow students to gain professional experience and knowledge as well as a sense of self-confidence. Working closely with a faculty advisor and site supervisor, students are encouraged to apply classroom theories to job-related situations.
To register for an internship students must meet the following criteria:
- be a matriculated student (admitted to the College).
- have a minimum 2.0 GPA (through the most recent semester).
- have successfully completed at least 24 credits (including transfer credits.).
- be able to complete the hourly requirements over a maximum period of 13 weeks
to receive the appropriate credits (130 hours for 3 credits / 260 hours for 6 credits).
