![]() NHGA Presents Our Summer Institute 2005 A 4-day NHGA Summer Institute, that will examine the changing land-use patterns of rural New Hampshire, from primeval forest, to homestead, to diversified farm, to specialized farm ? and on into the future. This workshop will consider some conditions that have contributed to change, including original physical landform conditions, soil conditions, climatic conditions, population dynamics and economic conditions. In addition, time will be given for individuals and/or teams to locate resources and construct WebQuest based classroom projects. We will travel to a variety of locations including Keene, Hopkinton, Contoocook, Temple and Acworth. Potential featured lecturers include: Kevin Gardner, Eric Leadbetter, Tom Wessels, Ron Jager, Steve Taylor and more! National Council for Geographic Education
