Rec Center Memberships and Hours

Memberships to join the Recreation Center are available to KSC employees (and spouses/partners) for the new school year. Any employee who wishes to join the Recreation Center will need to have a KSC Owl Card to show when signing up for their membership and then will use the Owl Card as their means of accessing the Recreation Center for their workouts. Other individuals (i.e., alumni, spouses/partners) who are not eligible to obtain an Owl Card will receive membership cards for their access to the facility. All 2016-17 memberships end as of August 31 so please plan to renew your membership by the end of August to continue your workout privileges.
Employees who have Cigna health insurance through the College may utilize the USNH Fitness Reimbursement benefit to pay for their membership to the Recreation Center. The full membership fee for Keene State employees is $510 for those who wish to purchase their membership now (before September 1st) and $300 for employees’ spouse/partner if the employee pays the full year fee. (Full membership year is September 1, 2017 to August 31, 2018, and the Recreation Center membership fee is $480). KSC employees who do not wish to use the USNH Fitness Reimbursement benefit may transfer the benefit to their spouse/partner as long as that person is on the employee’s Cigna health insurance through the College. Employees utilizing the USNH Fitness Reimbursement benefit are required to submit a log sheet at the end of each month with a minimum of 8 workouts in the Recreation Center. Other membership options are available, so please stop by the front desk of the Recreation Center for more information.
Opening week, August 21-27, facility hours:
- Monday-Friday, 6 a.m.-8 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday, 8 a.m.-11 p.m.
- No pool hours for the week
Academic year facility and pool hours begin on Monday, August 28:
- Facility hours: Monday-Thursday, 6 a.m.-11 p.m.; Friday, 6 a.m.-8 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m.; Sunday, 8 a.m.-11 p.m.
- Pool hours: Monday-Friday, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.; Monday-Thursday, 7:30-10 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, noon-5 p.m.
