Colleague Recognition

As proud as I was to receive the Golden Owl, it is my pleasure to pass it along to Rob Coleman at the IT Help Desk. I know the Help Desk has received the Golden Owl as a group and deservedly so; however, I am giving the award specifically to Rob. Rob helped me with an ongoing issue I was having with my computer. The issue was inconsistent, didn’t make sense, was uncommon and generally frustrating for me. No matter how many times I had to contact Rob, he was always polite, understanding and super patient. He researched the issue and worked diligently to fix the problem. Rob’s customer service skills are admirable and he is most deserving of this award. Thanks Rob!!
