Ordering Telephone Equipment

Below is a list of phones available to faculty and staff. A Purchasing Card may be used to purchase the phone. The current preferred vendor for phones is Black Box. There are other sites to order phones, but they must be one of the models listed below. Contact the HelpDesk to configure the new phone once it has arrived. Include the model of phone in your information.

Available Telephone Models

Model 3902 (Basic model) is the standard single line telephone set for office use. Appropriate for most faculty/staff.

Model 3903 (Enhanced model) is a multi-line telephone set for office use. Appropriate for department chairs and administrative assistants.

Model 3904 (Professional model) is a multi-line set for answering more than one station or phone number. Appropriate for receptionists, administrative assistants, and central answering positions.
